Role Overview
Drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities, building relationships, and promoting our IT training and staffing solutions to colleges, corporates, and individual clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT training and staffing domains
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, corporate clients, and potential students
- Present and promote training programs and staffing solutions effectively
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Role Overview
Learn and work on test automation projects using Selenium and related frameworks. This is a trainee position where you'll receive hands-on training while contributing to real client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn Selenium WebDriver and automation testing frameworks
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts under supervision
- Execute automated test cases and report defects
- Participate in test planning and strategy discussions
- Work with manual testing alongside automation learning
- Document test cases, results, and maintain test repositories
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Java or Python programming
- Understanding of software testing concepts (preferred)
